Botanic Melbourne will be our 7th Apartment development and our 5th project with SJB Architects. SJB have always delivered timeless design and Botanic Melbourne will be no different.
We are pleased to be working with Icon Co as our Project Builder on another project. We last worked with Icon Co in 2009 – 2010 on our Prahran project, COCO.
Melbourne continues to flex and adapt to the demands of steady population growth through interstate and international migration. As this growth occurs, it underpins demand for inner city apartments for both the rental market and for owner occupiers. We developed The Guilfoyle (only 100m along Coventry Street from Botanic Melbourne) and it was completed in 2013. We continue to see busy rental open for inspections each weekend, with majority of the apartments in The Guilfoyle generating strong rental returns, and vacant (on average) less than 6 days per year.
